Welcome to ByCabs. By accessing our website, using our services, or making a cab booking through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or other available booking channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services
ByCabs provides cab booking and transportation services for local, outstation, airport transfer, one-way, round-trip, and other travel requirements, subject to availability.
The availability of vehicles, routes, timings, and services may vary depending on location and operational conditions.
2. Booking
To make a booking, customers may be required to provide accurate information including:
- Customer name
- Mobile number
- Pickup location
- Drop-off location
- Date and time of travel
- Number of passengers
- Any other information required for the booking
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation is provided by ByCabs through an available communication channel.
ByCabs reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, operational limitations, incorrect information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Fares and Payment
The applicable fare will depend on factors such as:
- Distance and route
- Type of vehicle
- Trip category
- Travel date and time
- Waiting time
- Toll charges
- Parking charges
- State taxes or other applicable charges
The customer agrees to pay the applicable fare and any additional charges communicated or applicable to the booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide correct booking and contact details.
- Be available at the agreed pickup location and time.
- Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
- Follow applicable traffic and safety rules.
- Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
- Ensure that children and personal belongings are appropriately secured.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence or misconduct may be recoverable from the customer.
6. Pickup and Waiting Time
Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
Additional waiting charges may apply if the customer is unavailable after the applicable complimentary waiting period, where applicable.
Pickup times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle delays, or other circumstances beyond ByCabs' control.
7. Cancellation
Customers may cancel bookings subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation, booking type, vehicle assignment, and other applicable conditions.

8. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund processing time may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Certain charges may be non-refundable according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
9. Vehicle and Driver
ByCabs will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked vehicle category and transportation service.
However, in certain circumstances, ByCabs may provide an equivalent or suitable alternative vehicle.
Driver allocation may change due to operational requirements, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
ByCabs shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or public disturbances
- Accidents
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience and provide an alternative solution where possible.
11. Passenger and Luggage Limit
Customers must comply with the passenger capacity and luggage limitations applicable to the selected vehicle.
ByCabs may refuse transportation where the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the reasonable capacity or safety limits of the vehicle.
12. Prohibited Activities
Customers must not use ByCabs services for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
The transportation of illegal substances, dangerous goods, weapons, or other prohibited items is strictly not permitted.
ByCabs reserves the right to refuse service where there is a reasonable safety, legal, or security concern.
13. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
ByCabs will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost property, but shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Website Use
Customers agree not to:
- Misuse the ByCabs website.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
15. Third-Party Services
ByCabs may use third-party payment gateways, communication services, mapping services, or other service providers.

ByCabs is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party service providers.
16. Limitation of Liability
ByCabs will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable transportation services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using our services, customers acknowledge that certain information may be required to process bookings and provide transportation services.
